Step One
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to go over any questions you have and see if we’re a good match.
Step Two
Participate in an intake session. You’ll share more about you and your goals. We’ll begin to develop a game plan and pick a session frequency that fits your needs and lifestyle.
Step Three
We’ll meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly to execute the plan. You’ll practice applying what you learn in session to lean into a meaningful life.
