Evidence-Based
We’ll use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or a combination of the three to help you lean into a meaningful life.
Practical
You’ll be given action items, worksheets, articles, reflection questions, book recommendations, and other tools to help you extend what we are working on to life outside the therapy room.

I’m not a “sit back and nod” therapist. My style is active and direct, like a coach. I’ll provide questions, observations, and feedback to help you understand and change patterns that aren’t working well for you.
Values-Based Therapy

You’re constantly taking the lead in your life. I don’t expect you to lead your therapy sessions too. I’ll provide direction, structure, and evidence-based interventions to guide you toward your goals. You’ll be invited to provide feedback throughout our work together to ensure our focus and approach are meeting your needs.
Here’s How to Get Started…
Step One
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to go over any questions you have and see if we’re a good match.
Step Two
Participate in an intake session. You’ll share more about you and your goals. We’ll begin to develop a game plan and pick a session frequency that fits your needs and lifestyle.
Step Three
We’ll meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly to execute the plan. You’ll practice applying what you learn in session to lean into a meaningful life.
