Schedule a free 15-minute consultation with the therapist of your choice to go over any questions you have and see if you’re a good match.

Number two

Complete Your First Session

Participate in an intake session. You’ll share more about you and your goals. You and your therapist will begin to develop a blueprint for your work together and pick a session frequency that fits your needs and lifestyle.

Step 3

Execute Your Plan

You and your therapist will meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You’ll cultivate insight, learn new skills, and practice applying what you learn in session to help you into a meaningful life.
