Mental performance consulting addresses topics such as: goal-setting, motivation, self-talk and thought reframing, energy and emotion regulation, developing performance routines, recovering from setbacks, enhancing focus, building resilience, and developing a healthy athletic identity.

Note: These packages are available for clients seeking mental performance consulting only. Those interested in combining mental performance consulting and therapy will be onboarded as a therapy client and charged at the regular individual therapy session rate of $150/session.

Group and team sessions are available upon request.

Meet Sara

Sara is a licensed mental health therapist and a mental performance consultant in-training. She is currently working toward the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) designation through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). As a mental performance consultant in-training, she provides mental skills training to clients under the guidance of an AASP-approved mentor.

Sara has a special interest in working with adult amateur triathletes, runners, swimmers, adaptive sport athletes, college students experiencing school performance issues, and working professionals experiencing work performance issues. Sara participated in club and high school swimming and played flute throughout childhood and adolescence. She now enjoys participating in triathlons, open water swimming, and road running.
